Sebastian Hille (born October 19, 1980 in Soest ) is a German soccer coach and former soccer player .
Career
Hille came from Hövelhofer SV to FC Gütersloh in 2000 and played there for several years in the Oberliga Westfalen . In 2004 he moved to VfL Bochum , where he was also part of the league team. When the first team played in the 2nd Bundesliga in 2005/06 , he played a game there. In the 2006/07 season, Hille was still used regularly in the second team, but was also in the squad of the re-promoted first team. He made his first division debut against FC Bayern Munich in the second game of the season.
For the 2007/08 season Hille moved to Borussia Dortmund , for which he was used in the second team. After relegation from the 3rd division , he joined second division relegated Rot Weiss Ahlen in July 2010 . In the summer of 2011, Arminia Bielefeld signed Hille. On May 11, 2013, Sebastian Hille scored the decisive goal in the 56th minute of play in Arminia Bielefeld's victory over VfL Osnabrück , which led to direct promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga.
At the end of the 2014/2015 season, Hille ended his active sporting career. He later became an assistant coach at Arminia Bielefeld.
