Sebastian Kuchenbaur

Sebastian Kuchenbaur (born October 23, 1936 in Achsheim , Augsburg district ; † April 10, 2008 there ) was a German politician ( CSU ).

Kuchenbaur attended elementary and vocational school, took an assistant examination in agricultural apprenticeship, attended the St. Ottilien agricultural school , where he passed the master craftsman examination and then went to the Wies rural college and the Herrsching farming school . He was the chairman of the seed potato growers in Bavaria and a member of the board of the Federal Association of German Seed Growers.

From 1965 to 1967 Kuchenbaur was district chairman of the Junge Union , after which he was a district board member of the CSU district association Augsburg-Land. From 1966 he was a member of the Augsburg district council, he was also a councilor in Achsheim and from 1972 in Langweid . From 1982 to 1986 he was a Swabian district councilor. On January 1, 1988, Kuchenbaur moved to the Bavarian state parliament for the retired Hans Maier . There he was a member until 2003, from 1990 directly elected to the Augsburg-Land-Süd constituency .
