Secret ( Chinese  不能 說 的 秘密  /  不能 说 的 秘密 , Pinyin Bùnéng shuō de mìmì ) is a Taiwanese love / fantasy film from 2007. Jay Chou made his debut as a director and screenwriter and also took on the leading role and much of the music .

The film was a great success in Asia and is particularly known in the West among classical music and piano fans.

The student Ye Xianglun, a talented pianist who lives with his father, is moving to a new school. On the first day he hears a mysterious piano melody in the music wing of the house, which he pursues and which leads him to another piano student, Lu Xiaoyu. When he asks her the title of the play, she explains that it is a secret. The two slowly become friends, but Xianglun soon realizes that the girl must also be surrounded by a secret.
