The Seehausen is a passenger ship on the Staffelsee in Bavaria .

The Seehausen route is a circular route from Seehausen via Achele (Murnau) and Uffing back to Seehausen. The journey takes about 80 minutes. The tours are carried out from April to October. The ship is a head lander with 270 seats, in which, in contrast to conventional passenger ships, the guests do not board on one long side, but via the bow flap. This design also allows for easy access for the disabled and wheelchair users. The new ship in the Lux-Werft was moved from the low-loader to the Staffelsee on April 2, 2009 with a truck-mounted crane and replaced the Seehausen (1998) , which was also built in the Lux-Werft and now navigates the Kochelsee under the name Herzogstand . The Seehausen started its official operation on April 10, 2009.
