The house with the postal address Seestraße 5 is a listed building in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund on Seestraße .

The four-story house was built in 1914. It formed the northern end of the port perimeter development.

The facade is plastered. In the southern axis there is a portal flanked by half-columns with high staircase windows arranged above . In the northern axis, wider windows or - on the first and second floors - loggias characterize the facade. A two-storey bay window is executed in the central axes.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 698.

The house is used as a residential building and guesthouse .
