Seiichi Saitō ( Japanese 斉 藤 誠 一 Saitō Seiichi ; born July 22, 1976 in Fukuoka Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Saitō learned to play soccer on the school team of Tokai University Daigo High School and the university team of Kokushikan University . He signed his first contract in 2000 with the Montedio Yamagata . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . In 2002 he moved to Sagawa Printing . At the end of the 2002 season, the club rose to the Japan Football League . At the end of 2006 he ended his career as a football player.
