The SSP Germany GmbH (SSP) is a company that operates in the food service industry. It is an indirect subsidiary of the British Select Service Partner Ltd.

history

SSP Germany goes back to the purchase of MITROPA by the British Compass Group . In 2006 SSP Germany was founded. Two years later the SSP took over the company LSG-Airport Gastronomiegesellschaft (LSG), a Lufthansa subsidiary.

Business model

The SSP does not always appear under its own name. The SSP sees its focus in the operation of franchise companies such as Starbucks , Kamps and Burger King .
