The Sellbytel Group GmbH (spelling: SELLBYTEL Group GmbH ) based in Nuremberg was an outsourcing service provider specializing in the areas of sales services, customer service, support solutions, personnel services, training and home office solutions. Sellbytel has been part of the Webhelp Group since 2018 and employs over 8,500 people at 62 locations in Europe, Africa, Asia, North America and Australia.

history

In 1988 Michael Raum founded Sellbytel based in Nuremberg. In 1998 a subsidiary was founded in France.

The subsidiary Helpbycom European Help Desk Services GmbH was founded in 2000 . In 2001 a location was opened in Barcelona . In 2003 Sellbytel expanded in sales outsourcing and founded the subsidiary Livingbrands GmbH . Two years later, the company entered the pharmaceutical communication market with the subsidiary Medexperts , and in 2007 the HR company Righthead was founded .

In 2010 the location was founded in Toronto , from which the North American market is served. In the same year Sellbytel opened a second branch in Berlin . In 2010 and 2011, the company expanded into the Asia-Pacific economic area and established branches in Singapore , Kuala Lumpur , Seoul and Sydney . Branches in Nairobi , Lagos , Dakar , Jakarta , Manila , Bangkok and Hanoi followed . In 2011 the Sellbytel Group took over the training company aha! Talent experts . In 2013, the company opened another location in San Francisco , California. In 2018 a new location was opened in Puerto Rico and the subsidiary Invires , which offers international home office solutions, was founded. The Sellbytel Group has been part of the Webhelp Group since 2018.
