Semsudin Mehic (born January 18, 1989 in Bijeljina ) is a football player of Bosnian origin living in Austria .
Career
Mehic, born in Bosnia and Herzegovina , came from Germany as a child, where he played in the Bayern Munich Academy, to Witzelsdorf , where he started his youth career with the offspring of SCG Eckertsau . After about 2 years he was scouted by Rapid Vienna and accepted into the youth team. Then he was set up with the Rapid Vienna Amateurs, who play in the third-class Regionalliga Ost . In the winter break of 2008/09, Mehic was awarded to the first division club FC Wacker Innsbruck, who played a class higher, and after good test matches he was immediately part of the squad: In the following nine championship games, he always played from the beginning, the ORF sports department counted him in the first six of them to be among the best in the field. Regardless of this, Mehic asked at the beginning of May 2009 for personal reasons to terminate his contract in Innsbruck and immediately returned to Vienna. After he returned to the Rapid Amateurs team, he switched to First Vienna FC on loan in January 2010 . In the 2010/11 season he was loaned to the FAC team for Vienna .
