The Erbi transmitter is a facility for broadcasting VHF radio programs on Mount Erbi near Vaduz , 968 meters above sea level. An 81.26 meter high free-standing reinforced concrete tower, which was erected in 1993, is used as the antenna carrier. It is the tallest structure in Liechtenstein . The transmitter is the most important radio broadcaster within Liechtenstein. In addition to the area between Ruggell and Balzers, it also covers parts of eastern Switzerland.
