The Eyachtal transmitter is a transmitter of the Südwestrundfunk (formerly the Südwestfunk ), which is located approx. 860 meters above the Albstadt district of Pfeffingen . A free-standing steel lattice tower serves as the antenna carrier.

The transmitter system supplies some valley locations on the upper reaches of the Eyach , which cannot receive a sufficient signal from the Raichberg transmitter due to the topography .
