The transmitter Kuk is a radio and television transmitter on the 1250 meter high Slovenian mountain Kuk , which lies directly on the border with Italy . The transmitter primarily supplies parts of the Italian region of Friuli . A free-standing steel lattice tower is used as the antenna carrier .
