The Sankt Peter transmitter was a radio transmitter for medium-wave broadcasting in the St. Peter district of Graz , which went into operation on June 19, 1929 and used a system with two transmitter masts. The transmission power was originally 7 kW and from 1937 15 kW.
In 1940 one of the two transmitter masts was transported to Dobl , where a new transmitter was opened in 1941.
In 1981 the plant in St. Peter was shut down.
