Serbyniwka (Ukrainian Сербинівка - until 1992 Перше Травня / Persche Trawnja ; Russian Сербиновка / Serbinowka ) is a village in the Hrebinka district of Poltava Oblast in the northern part of Ukraine .
The place has 602 inhabitants and is located at an altitude of 117 meters above sea level on the left bank of the Sucha Orschyzja river . The city of Hrebinka is located about twelve kilometers to the north-east from Serbyniwka. The village was called "Persche Trawnja" (Перше Травня) until 1992, when the original name Serbyniwka was officially reintroduced.
Administratively, the place forms together with the neighboring villages of Hruschkiwka (Грушківка) and Sajiwka (Саївка) a district council.
