The Serenada shopping center is a modern shopping center with a total area of 42,000 m², located in Al. Gene. T. Bora –Komorowskiego 41 in the northern part of Krakow in Poland , which opened in October 2017.

The construction of the shopping center took two years and cost 140 million euros. The shopping center is constantly expanding and expanding its retail and entertainment offer (Olsza area), which includes the Krokus shopping center with the Auchan hypermarket , the Multikino chain's multiplex cinema , the OBI hardware store and the largest water park in Poland. There are 160 commercial and service businesses in the Serenada. There is a car park with 1135 free parking spaces. The Serenada mall houses branches of the largest Polish and international fashion chains. Serenada's hallmark is Inditex's full range of Zara stores in the region, LPP, H&M and the only Van Graaf , New Look or Forever 21 stores in Krakow. The Serenada is home to the Piotr i Paweł grocery supermarket, as well as a branch of the municipal office and post office. In August 2018, a rental station for bicycles from the company Wavelo was set up in the parking lot at the north entrance of the shopping center.

The Serenada shopping center was awarded the CEE Retail Real Estate Awards 2018 - Retail Project and Property Design Awards 2018 in the Building Structure - Shopping Center category.

investment

The investor and manager of the Serenada shopping center is Mayland Real Estate, which also manages the neighboring Krokus shopping center. Both shopping centers originally belonged to the Foncière Euris group. With effect from the 1st quarter of 2018, they were sold to Truvalu, a subsidiary of the South African company NEPI Rockcastle.
