Serge Adda

Serge Adda (born September 19, 1948 in Tunis , † November 6, 2004 in Paris ) was a Tunisian-French manager and the president of the French television channel TV5MONDE . He married Séverine Labat on July 4, 1997 in Paris and had a son with her. His son Karim (* 1972) comes from his second marriage.

Life

Serge Adda completed his school days at the Collège Sadiki in Tunis . He then went to the Lycée Saint-Louis in Paris, where he later also attended the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne . He

Adda began his professional career in 1971 in Paris as a researcher at CETEM (Center d'Étude des Techniques Économiques Moderne). From 1975 to 1978 he was research director of l ' École Spéciale d'Architecture , from 1979 to 1981 director of the Association Développement et Aménagement. In 1981 he moved to Tunis as Engineer en Chef Economiste at STE SOTINFOR. From 1986 to 1990 he was Directeur Études Générales à Comete Engineering. Trivia

Adda was one of the two sons of Georges Adda and his wife Gladys Adda , both well-known activists of the Tunisian struggle for independence.

With 56 years died of a Adda in Paris on 6 November 2004 of cancer . He found his final resting place in the Père Lachaise cemetery (87th Division).
