Sergei Wladimirowitsch Borissow ( Russian Сергей Владимирович Борисов ; born January 25, 1983 Jasnogorsk in Tula Oblast ) is a former Russian track cyclist .

In 2000 Sergei Borissow was vice-junior world champion in the team sprint , the following year he won a bronze medal in the sprint and team sprint at the European Track Championships for the youngsters . In 2003 he became vice European champion (youngsters) in the team sprint.

At the UCI Track World Championships 2010 in Ballerup , Borissov took sixth place in the team sprint, together with Denis Dmitrijew and Sergei Kutscherow . In 2012 he won the team sprint together with Dmitrijew and Kutscherow. At the Olympic Games in London in 2012 , the three athletes finished seventh, in the Keirin he was 15th. Then Borissow ended his cycling career.
