Sergejus Madalovas
Sergejus Madalovas (born June 29, 1945 in Chechnya ) is a Lithuanian official of Chechen origin, general in the office.
Life
His grandfather was a soldier and his father was an officer. From 1963 to 1966 he graduated from the Kirov Military School in Ordzhonikidze , from 1972 to 1975 the Frunze Academy and from 1982 to 1986 the graduate degree as an engineer at the Tashkent Institute . In 1966 he was promoted to lieutenant , in 1975 to major and 1985 to colonel in the Soviet Union . From 1991 to 2007 he led the 1st regiment of the Ministry of Interior of Lithuania . In October 2007 he was promoted to General of Lithuania by Prime Minister Gediminas Kirkilas . Since April 2007 he has been in charge of Viešojo saugumo tarnyba .
Sergejus Madalovas is married and has a daughter. His family lives in Rumšiškės near Kaišiadorys .
