For the 2013/14 season Taştan moved as a professional player in the Turkish TFF 1st Lig to Karşıyaka SK . Here he made his professional debut in the league game on September 21, 2013 against Manisaspor .
After two seasons and 30 appearances for Karşıyaka SK, he switched to league rivals Denizlispor during the summer break in 2015 and signed there for two years. For the 2016/17 season he was signed by league rival Adana Demirspor .
National team
Taştan began his national team career in 2010 with the Turkish U-17 national team. After three test matches, he took part with the Turkish U-17 in the U-17 European Football Championship 2010 and reached the semi-finals with her.
