Seth Fisher (born July 22, 1972 , † January 30, 2006 in Nagoya (?), Japan ) was an American comic book artist and game designer .

Life

Fisher graduated from Colorado College with a degree in mathematics in 1994 . Shortly after completing his studies, he moved to Japan, initially worked as a teacher and married the Japanese Hisako.

Seth Fisher designed comics for several publishers in his short career. He drew his most important works for Vertigo Comics ( Happydale: Devils in the Desert , Vertigo Pop Tokyo , Issues 1–4) and the DC-Verlag . Here he designed the miniseries Green Lantern : Willworld , Flash : Time Flies as well as the booklets Doom Patrol (13 & 14) and Batman LotDK: Snow (1–5). For Presto Studios he created the concept design for the game Myst III. He also designed record covers and published pictures.

Fisher lived in Japan with his wife Hisako and two sons. Here he died in an accident at the age of 33.
