Severed Heads are an Australian band. Her musical style includes industrial , synthpop , post-punk , electronica and dance .

Band history

The band was founded in Sydney in 1979 . Previously it was known as Mr. and Mrs. No Smoking Sign (also Mr And Mrs No Smokin 'Sign ) and was active from 1977. The original line-up of the Severed Heads consisted of Richard Fielding and Andrew Wright, shortly afterwards Tom Ellard was added. In the following decades the line-up changed several times. The band disbanded in 2007, re-founded in 2010 and lasted until 2013. It was re-launched in September 2015 with the cast of Tom Ellard and Stewart Lawler.
