The Sfinks Hill ( English ; Russian Сопка Сфинкс Sopka Sfinks , German 'Sphinx Hill' ) is a hill on the Knox coast of the East Antarctic Wilkesland . It looms in the Bunger Hills .
Scientists on a Soviet Antarctic expedition mapped it and named it in 1956. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia transcribed this name in a partial translation into English.
