Shōta Saitō (football player, 1996) ( Japanese 斎 藤 翔 太 Saitō Shōta ; * December 7, 1996 in Saitama ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Saitō learned to play football in the youth team of Urawa Reds . It was here that he signed his first contract in 2015. The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 2015 he played eight times in the J.League U-22 Selection . This team, which played in the third division, the J3 League , was made up of the best young players from the higher-class clubs. The team was founded with a view to the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro . In 2016 he was loaned to the second division Mito HollyHock . In 2018 he moved to Japan Soccer College .
