The Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. ( 陕 汽 重 卡 集团 有限公司 ) is one of the largest employers in the People's Republic of China with 13,000 employees . The company produces buses and trucks . The manufacturer's headquarters are in Xi'an , Shaanxi . Shaanxi uses the vehicle identification number SX.

Shaanxi has specialized in the production of the license model Shaanxi F90 since its foundation in 1986 , which was later replaced by the Shaanxi F2000 . In 2003, the manufacturer converted its collaboration into a permanent joint venture . At the same time, the Shaanxi TGA went into production. In-house developments based on MAN models are the Shaanxi SX250 , Shaanxi SX2150 and Shaanxi SX2190 models, which are intended for the military and premiered on the 35th and 50th national holidays of the People's Republic of China . The production capacity of the military units is currently 120,000 units and that of the civilian vehicles several tens of thousands of units per year of production, 5000 of which are intended for export. The company's newest truck model is the Shaanxi DeLong F3000 .

On August 28, 1998, Shaanxi established Shaanxi Eurostar Automobile Limited Co., Ltd. , which produces 5000 buses per year of production under the brand name Eurostar under the brand name and a staffing of 400 employees . The company's headquarters are also located here in Xi'an. The new company's models are the Eurostar 6100 (FNG) and the almost identical longer version Eurostar 6121 (NG / FNG). This was followed by the Eurostar 6127 as Tourism Coach (A1) and Sleeper (W1), both of which are currently sold under the model name City Bus . Eurostar 6121A1 , which has appeared as a touring coach with a revised look, is also produced on the same platform . In a joint venture with the Middle East China Engineering & Trading Company , the Shacman Motors Middle East Sales & Service Center started work on December 15, 2007 in Sharjah , United Arab Emirates . Shaanxi supplies the Middle East from there and has 1000 completely dismantled kits assembled there every year. The company employs just 21 people and is therefore primarily designed as an automotive parts supplier. The models are supplied under the company's own brand name Shacman . In the model range there are the Shacman D'long F2000 and the Shacman O'long S2000 . Military vehicles and buses for the Middle East are to follow soon.

Shaanxi Heavy-duty Automobile Group Co., Ltd. there are nine other companies that mainly manufacture vehicle parts. Among other things, there is also the Yuyao Jingzhuo Auto Parts Co., Ltd. which assemble and market the Volvo FH12 , Volvo FH16 , Volvo FM12 , Mercedes-Benz Actros as well as the Scania 113 , Scania 124 and DAF 95XF models for the Chinese market with completely dismantled kits supplied by the manufacturers.
