Shane Clash (born June 3, 1979 in Abergavenny ) is a former British biathlete .

Shane Clash is a soldier and initially started for the 22nd Regiment Royal Artillery, then for the 40 Regiment Royal Artillery and finally for the 12 Regiment Royal Artillery . The Welshman from Caerphilly is trained by Jason Sklenar . He has been biathlon since 1998, and since 2004 as a member of the British national team. Clash competed in his first international race in 2005 in Langdorf as part of the European Biathlon Cup . In the sprint she was 43rd, in the following pursuit race he did not finish after a lap. The best result in the same year was a 29th place in a pursuit in Gurnigel . The high point in Clash's international career was the 2008 European Biathlon Championships in Nové Město na Moravě . He finished 66th in the individual, 68th in the sprint and 15th in the relay. Nationally, Clash won five championship titles in biathlon and was also second once and third twice.
