Shayla LaVeaux (* 26. December 1969 in Golden , Colorado as Dana Casey ) is an American porn actress and - producer .
Career
LaVeaux grew up in Denver , Colorado and has a diverse background. She has English , Scottish , Irish and German roots. At the age of 18 she became a dancer in a strip club . She made her first hardcore film in 1992, entitled Curious . She later met director Paul Norman . He saw her preparing for Lesbian Love Connection and gave her an exclusive contract. She then worked for the production company VCA and then for Ashton View Promotions. In 1993 she started her own production company Shayla Productions . In 2002 she was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame. In September 2003 she took part in the Ms. Nude USA competition in Hallandale , Florida . She won in the “Ms. Nude USA First Runner up ”,“ Most Erotic ”,“ Best Hard Body ”and“ Miss Congeniality ”. She is best known for her lead role on Shayla's Web by Michael Ninn and the interactive DVD My Virtual Shayla . After leaving the company almost a decade ago, she returned to the industry in September 2008.
Shayla married James Wieser in 1990.
