The Shibuya Peak is a 840 m high mountain in the West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . It rises 6 km southeast of the Demas Range on the eastern flank of the Berry Glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it using its own surveys and aerial photographs by the United States Navy from 1959 to 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1966 after Franklin T. Shibuya (* 1933), meteorologist with the United States Antarctic Program on Byrd Station in 1962.
