Shuibosi ( Chinese  水泊 寺 乡 , Pinyin Shuǐbósì Xiāng ) is a municipality in the north of the Chinese province of Shanxi . It belongs administratively to the municipality Pingcheng the prefecture-level city Datong . It administers a territory of 60 km² and in 2000 had a population of 45,325 people in 11,319 households.

The Shuibosi relief is flat and has enough water and fertile soil for agriculture. Mainly vegetables and cereals are grown. In addition to agriculture, the mining and processing of coal , the production of building materials and the processing of agricultural products play a major role.

As of 2017, the Shuibosi community was under 25 villages .
