Sibylle Obenaus

Sibylle Obenaus , b. Werner (born August 30, 1934 - April 8, 2020 ) was a German historian and author.

Obenaus was in 1965 with a work on Adolf Müllner and the literary sheet 1820-1825. A contribution to the literary life of the restoration era at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen is doing her doctorate.

She worked in the field of magazine research . In addition, she researched the history of a number of Jewish communities in Lower Saxony and presented the results.

She was married to the historian Herbert Obenaus (* 1931).
