Sick for Toys is a 2018 American thriller directed by David Del Rio .

Emilia and Edward are siblings who live in a remote house. Both come from a highly dysfunctional family. Growing up together has welded them close together, but also made them both highly disturbed people. Edward experiments with medication and drugs, while Emilia shies away from the public eye and rarely visits town. But every Christmas Edward gets her a "toy" in the shape of a man. This time it is Jason who wanted to cheat on his wife with Emilia, and is now tortured in the garage and raped by Emilia. Tied up and drugged, he has to endure everything about himself.
But Emilia's desire for toys is bigger than usual this year. On a trip to town, where Edward wants to get new medication, she seduces Roy, who happens to be a friend of Jason's, and invites him to Christmas dinner. Edward, not exactly enthusiastic, joins the game. But the drugs don't work, so he kills Roy and then cuts him up. While he is burying the body, Jason tries to get into Emilia's head, but Emilia's head is rude and tells Edward that this toy is "broken" too. Edward wants to kill Jason, but Jason offers him sex. This triggers Edward, who was abused by his father.
Unclear how to proceed now, Emilia and Edward get into an argument. Emilia kills her brother. In the meantime, Jason manages to call his wife. He finally wakes up in the hospital. But Emilia managed to manipulate the police and his wife into thinking that Jason is the real culprit.

Sick for Toys is the first feature film from Nine Ten Films . The film premiered at the Dallas International Film Festival on May 5, 2018. In Germany, it was released on DVD on October 4, 2018.
Reviews
Michael Therkelsen from Horror Society gave it 7.5 out of 10 points and called it a "crazy holiday film" that had a good story and a lot of suspense. Melissa Hannon from Horror Geek Life also praised the film and in particular the acting performance of leading actress Camille Montgomery .
