Siegfried Klika

Siegfried Klika (born August 19, 1946 in Altenmarkt adAlz ) is a Bavarian local politician ( CSU ). From 2002 to 2014 he was the first mayor of the Upper Bavarian city of Waldkraiburg .

Career

After graduating from secondary school, he first completed a three-year commercial apprenticeship and then completed a specialist course for further training. He then worked for nine years in industrial management and in training office and industrial clerks. Since 1977 he has been the administrator and manager of four Catholic day-care centers and a social station with 100 employees in Waldkraiburg.

After moving into the Waldkraiburg city council, he served as a social advisor for six years. In 1996 he was elected second mayor of the city, from 2002 to 2014 he was first mayor.
