Siegfried Müller (historian)

Siegfried Müller (* 1950 ) is a German historian. He has written numerous books and over 70 articles on art and cultural history from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. He developed computer games and interactive media stations for various museums. He worked as an exhibition curator at the State Museum for Art and Cultural History Oldenburg , where he headed the Department of Cultural History.

Life

Siegfried Müller worked for the city administration of Hanover for several years after completing his administrative apprenticeship. From 1974 to 1981 he studied German, history, philosophy and pedagogy at the University of Hanover and completed his studies with the 1st state examination. From 1982 to 1984 he received a scholarship from the Gerda Henkel Foundation in 1985 with a dissertation on the subject of the city, the church and the Reformation . The example of the state city of Hanover is doing a doctorate. From 1985 to 1987 he was a research assistant at the University of Hanover (SFB Hochschulpolitik in Westdeutschland nach 1945).
