Siegmund Badehorn

Siegmund Badehorn (* 1542 or 1544 in Leipzig ; † October 2, 1594 in Dresden ) was a Saxon lawyer and in 1594 mayor of the city of Leipzig .

Career

Siegmund Badehorn is the son of the Leipzig lawyer and mayor Leonhard Badehorn . Badehorn studied law and after completing his studies was awarded a Dr. iur. PhD. In 1590 he became councilor in Leipzig.

In 1594 he became mayor of the city of Leipzig. He died during his first term. The official business was taken over by Johann Wolfgang Peilicke .
