Sigita Burbienė

Sigita Burbienė – Kazakevičiūtė (born May 17, 1954 in Vilnius , Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian politician.

Life

After graduating from the Salomėja Nėris Middle School in Vilnius in 1972 , she graduated from the Vilniaus universitetas with a degree in economic statistics with distinction in 1977 . From 1977 to 1990 she worked on the statistics committee. From 1992 to 1996, from 1996 to 2000 and from 2000 to 2004 she was a member of the Seimas .

From 2011 to 2015 she was a member of the Vilnius City Council.
