The Sigmen Glacier ( Bulgarian ледник Сигмен lednik Sigmen ) is a 2.2 km long and 2 km wide glacier on Liège Island in the Palmer Archipelago off the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula . In the Brugmann Mountains, it flows northeast of the Sbelsurd and southwest of the Schterna Glacier from the west-southwest slopes of Vazharov Peak and the northwest slopes of Mount Kozyak in a northwest direction to Palakariya Cove .
British scientists mapped it in 1978. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2009 after the village of Sigmen in southeastern Bulgaria .
