Sigrit Behrenz

Sigrit Behrenz (born January 23, 1941 in Prague ) is a former German speed skater who competed for the German Democratic Republic and the TSC Berlin . She took part in the Olympic Games twice as part of the all-German team .

Career

She first took part in the Winter Olympics in 1960 . At the Olympic Games in Squaw Valley in the United States , she started over the 500 meters and finished 18th. In addition, she started over the 1000 meters and again took 18th place. Four years later she was allowed to take part in the 1964 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck with the all-German team . In these games she was only allowed to start over the 500 meters and finished 25th.
