Sigurd Holter (born November 19, 1886 in Halden , † August 1, 1963 in Oslo ) was a Norwegian sailor .
successes
Sigurd Holter, a member of the Kongelig Norsk Seilforening was in 1920 in Antwerp at the Olympic Games in the 10-meter class after the International Rule of 1907 Olympic champion . He was a crew member of the Eleda , which participated as the only boat in its class. The Eleda , whose crew also consisted of Ingar Nielsen , Gunnar Jamvold , Peter Jamvold , Claus Juell and Ole Sørensen and skipper Erik Herseth , achieved the goal of winning the gold medal in two races due to lack of competition.
