Peter Krefting Jamvold (born August 27, 1896 in Løten , † June 4, 1962 in Oslo ) was a Norwegian sailor .

Peter Jamvold, member of Kongelig Norsk Seilforening was in 1920 in Antwerp at the Olympic Games in the 10-meter class after the International Rule of 1907 Olympic champion . He was a crew member of the Eleda , which participated as the only boat in its class. The Eleda , whose crew also consisted of Ingar Nielsen , Claus Juell , Sigurd Holter , Ole Sørensen , his cousin Gunnar Jamvold and skipper Erik Herseth , was enough to reach the goal to win the gold medal in two races due to lack of competition.
