Gunnar Petter Jamvold (born April 22, 1896 in Horten ; † September 9, 1984 ibid) was a Norwegian sailor .

Gunnar Jamvold, member of Kongelig Norsk Seilforening was in 1920 in Antwerp at the Olympic Games in the 10-meter class after the International Rule of 1907 Olympic champion . He was a crew member of the Eleda , which participated as the only boat in its class. The Eleda , whose crew also consisted of Ingar Nielsen , Claus Juell , Sigurd Holter , Ole Sørensen , his cousin Peter Jamvold and skipper Erik Herseth , achieved the goal of winning the gold medal in two races due to lack of competition.
