Sigurd Islandsmoen (born August 27, 1881 in Bagn ( Sør-Aurdal ), † July 1, 1964 ) was a Norwegian composer. He studied at the Music Conservatory in Oslo and later in Leipzig , where Max Reger was his teacher. From 1916 to 1961 he was organist at the church in Moss . He composed numerous oratorios , orchestral works, chamber music , piano, organ and choral works.
