Haapavesi-Siikalatva
Haapavesi-Siikalatva is one of seven administrative communities ( seutukunta ) in the Finnish landscape of Northern Ostrobothnia . The name Siikalatva refers to the location of the administrative community on the upper reaches of the Siikajoki River.
