Silas Breiding

Silas Breiding (* 1992 in Stuttgart ) is a German actor .

Life

After graduating from high school, Silas Breiding completed his acting studies at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna from 2011 to 2015 .

Breiding made his first guest appearance at the Volkstheater in Munich in the 2014/15 season and is now a permanent member of the ensemble. So far he has played there a. a. the Hauptmann in Woyzeck (premiere: 2014/15 season), the Romeo in Romeo and Juliet (premiere: 2017/18 season), the title role in Volpone (premiere: 2017/18 season), the Antoine in Das ferne Land by Jean- Luc Lagarce (premiere: 2017/18 season) and John Savage in a stage version of the Huxley novel Brave New World (premiere: 2017/18 season).

2015 has performed as part of the "Marstall Plan - The young festival at the Munich Residenz Theater" at the Munich Residenz Theater . In the 2015/16 season he was a guest at the Vorarlberger Landestheater ; he played the role of Mr. Martin in the Ionesco play The Bald Singer .

Breiding also worked for cinema and television. From 2011 to 2015, he had a continuous series role as a veterinarian assistant and groom Bertie Heckenbichler in the TV series Animals to the Roof . In March 2017, Breiding was seen in the television series In allerfreund - The young doctors in a leading role in the episode as the "apparently unteachable" patient Helge Buck.

Breiding lives in Munich .
