Silke Kettelhake
Silke Kettelhake (* 1967 in Hameln ) is a German journalist and author.
Career
Kettelhake graduated from high school in 1986 and completed a traineeship at the Deister and Weser newspaper . From 1987 to 1989 he studied Romance languages and economics at the University of Kassel . From 1989 to 1994 she studied journalism and film and television studies at the Free University of Berlin . From 1997 to 2000 she trained as a media designer for image and sound . From 2003 to 2014 she worked as an independent editor for film and music for the online youth magazine fluter.de of the Federal Agency for Civic Education .
In 2008 her first book was published, the biography Tell everyone, everyone about me! The short life of the Libertas Schulze-Boysen 1913–1942. The book tells the story of a young woman who initially lets herself be carried away by the powerful messages of the Hitler regime and yet finds her way into the resistance . The book Renée Sintenis - Berlin, Bohème and Ringelnatz followed in 2010 . The biography of Renée Sintenis tells of the emancipation of an artist. In 2012, in collaboration with Heide Meyer, Mutter Corsage - Revelations of a Lingerie Saleswoman was published . In 2014 she published Sonja negative - decadent: A rebellious youth in the GDR .
