Sima Ćirković (born January 29, 1929 in Osijek , Yugoslavia , † November 14, 2009 in Belgrade , Serbia ) was a Yugoslav or Serbian historian.

He received his doctorate in 1957 from the University of Belgrade , where he taught as a full professor from 1968. His area of ​​expertise was the medieval history of the Yugoslav peoples. Since 1972 he has been a corresponding member and since 1981 a full member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts .

He has received numerous awards, including the 2007 Konstantin Jireček Medal of the German Southeast Europe Society .
