Simonas Šatūnas
Simonas Šatūnas (born April 19, 1977 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian energy politician , vice minister and diplomat .
Life
After graduating from secondary school in 1995, Šatūnas completed a bachelor's degree in 1999 and a master's degree in politics at the Vilniaus universitetas in 2001 . From 1998–1999 he worked in the Ministry of Defense of Lithuania and then in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania and the Ministry of Energy in Lithuania . Since January 2017, Šatūnas has been Deputy Minister of Energy Žygimantas Vaičiūnas in the Skvernelis cabinet .
Šatūnas is married and has three children.
