Sin Yong-nam (born January 23, 1978 ) is a North Korean soccer player .
Career
Sin appears internationally as a player in the Amrokgang sports group , the club of the Ministry of State Security.
The midfielder played seven times for the North Korean national team in qualifying for the 2006 World Cup . Sin most recently completed several games in June 2007 for the national team in the qualifying round for the 2008 East Asian Championship . In 2010 he won the AFC Challenge Cup with a North Korean B selection and thus qualified for the 2011 Asian Cup .
In 2009 he was part of the North Korean Olympic squad (U-23) at the 2009 East Asian Games, where he finished fourth after losing two penalties.
