The Singernbach is an approx. 550 m long right tributary of the Wupper , which is called Wipper here in the upper reaches. The stream rises 369 m above sea level in a spring pond in the Marienheid district of Singern and flows in a southerly direction, mostly piped through the settlement area down into the valley. The stream only flows above ground for a few meters, including a short stretch through a park in Singern.

In the same district, the Singernbach flows into the Wupper at an altitude of 334 m near the mouth of the Griemeringhauser Bach .
