Siro Imber

Siro Imber (born December 19, 1982 in Basel ) is a Swiss politician of the FDP . From 2006 to 2015 he was district administrator of the canton of Basel-Landschaft (cantonal parliament), member of the citizens 'council of the Allschwil community (executive) and residents ' council of the Allschwil community (local parliament).

Imber grew up in Allschwil and attended primary school and the Progymnasium there. He completed high school in Oberwil BL and graduated with a business diploma. In 2009 he completed his law studies at the Law Faculty of the University of Basel with a licentiate.

In his past, Imber held the office of President of the Jungfreisinnigen Baselland from 2003 to 2006 and was a member of the Baselland Youth Council from 2000 to 2002. From 2005 to 2007 he was editor-in-chief of the Baselbieter Post on the party leadership of the FDP Baselland .

In 2003 and 2007 he ran unsuccessfully for the National Council .
