The Siuruanjoki is a river in the Finnish landscapes of Lapland and Northern Ostrobothnia .

The river has its origin south of the Simojärvi in Lake Hietajärvi . From there it flows south and west to Yli-Ii , where it flows into the Iijoki after a distance of 155 km .
