Sjabbe Bouman
Sjabbe Bouman (born September 17, 1915 , † November 4, 2008 ) was a Dutch middle -distance runner who specialized in the 800-meter distance .
In 1938 he finished fourth at the European Athletics Championships in Paris , setting a national record of 1: 52.3 minutes that lasted until 1947.
